All students of traditional astrology are familiar with the triplicity rulers, those being the planetary rulers (based on sect) for each of the elements. Most students of traditional astrology use them mostly in examination of the essential dignity in a chart, and especially in Horary astrology to understand motivation in the signified. They are actually quite useful in nativities, as well, when considering them in terms of the houses.
